Questions Our Clients Ask

What should I bring for my pet’s stay?

Bring any medication your pet needs during their stay. If you prefer your pet eats specific food you may bring that as well.

If we don’t already have an up-to-date vaccination record on file for your pet, you must provide that.

If they are in need of any vaccinations we will vaccinate upon arrival.

My pet requires daily medication. Can you give them that during their stay?

Yes. We will give your pet any needed medication that you provide during their stay.

There is an additional $3/night fee for any pets that need medication administered.

How far in advance should I schedule boarding?

If you need boarding over a holiday weekend, we recommend scheduling two weeks in advance. Even if it’s last-minute you’re always welcome to call and see if we have space available.

When can I drop-off or pick-up my pet?

Drop-off or pick-up is available Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM or Saturday 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM.

We are closed for drop-off/pick-ups on Sunday.

Even though using “lorem ipsum” often arouses curiosity due to its resemblance to classical Latin, it is not intended to have meaning. Where text is visible in a document, people tend to focus on the textual content rather than upon overall presentation.
